Christ explains God, defines God, and expresses God – He is the word of God!

Christ as the Word of God is for God’s speaking – the Word became incarnate to be a man, which means that God’s speaking was in a man! God was expressed, explained, defined, and made real to man through the Lord Jesus Christ! The man Jesus Christ was God’s Word, God’s speaking – He expressed God through His life, His work, His speaking, and through all that He was and He did! He spoke God – as the Word of God – not only through words but also through His works. Christ expressed God and spoke God through both His words and His actions. Sometimes He spoke with words and He expressed, defined, and explained God; at other times, He spoke with His actions, His deeds, and with what He accomplished. God Himself as the Word, God expressed and defined, was in a “human tabernacle” living among man! “The Word became flesh and tabernacled among us“(John 1:14) in order to express God, explain God, and even define God in many practical ways.
