the earth moves the heavens – God desires man to cooperate with Him in prayer that His will be done!

Every one who knows God knows that you cannot be haughty or presumptious with Him – you cannot just come and “command God”. No, this is not what the verse in Isa. 45:11 shows. Here God opens His heart to His people, especially to those who know Him and His heart, telling them that regarding the work of His hands, regarding what He wants to do, and He needs man would cooperate with Him in prayer that He would do it! We can command God to do what He wants to do! In the most proper sense, earth controls the heavens, and the heavens is willing to be commanded by the earth! Here is what Isaiah 45:11 says,

Thus says Jehovah, The Holy One of Israel and the One who formed him. Ask Me about the things to come concerning My sons, and concerning the work of My hands, command Me.
